Here’s a wider angle shot of the afternoon sun highlighting the dunes at Great Sand Dunes National Park:

Between the sun, shadows and clouds I think this image offers a lot for the eye. I particularly like how the dunes offer a distinct break between the grassland in the foreground and the mountains in the back.
